Ditto. Only received one box. Description clearly stated it was a two pack in multiple locations on the listing… sigh.

I feel bad for cs. They’re going to be fielding a lot of emails on this one.

Posting to confirm that I also received just 1 box, not a 2-pack.

Mine wasn’t smashed, but unlike all the other chocolate, it was shipped in a thin plastic envelope instead of a box. I’m not sure who thought that that was a good idea.

I am also posting to confirm that I received only one pack out of two and the package is in bad condition. I rarely buy from Woot. What is the remedy for this?

Same complaint. Received only 1 box where the listing clearly stated 2-pack, and there was an image with the 2-pack on the listing as well.

Will be reaching out to CS, but dropping a comment here as well, for awareness.

I received only one box of chocolates instead of the two that were promised, and the box arrived badly crushed

I also only received 1 completely damaged Ferrero package out of what should have been 2 as well. And now I can’t even message customer service as it says there’s an error at this time. I’m so super disappointed. Can’t believe they did such a poor job between quality assurance, packaging and advertisement.

I placed 3 order and received also 1 per order, my came in a box, no issue on that matter, but the expiration date came to 05/19/26.

I’ve compained to CS as of 5/6 when my package was delivered. Still no response and the call lines are busy as hell, did we just get scammed?

The usual time is 24-48 hours from when you contact them.

I can pass this on to Woot staff to look at.

Yes please if you can. I thought it was just me but it seems everyone’s having the same issue and not sure how CS will be able to rectify this issue.

I made a note of that as well.

I received a refund which is cool, but I really wanted the two pack. Oh well.

Sadly I’ve just come to expect that there’s a 50 percent chance that any multi pack I order from woot is going to be messed up.

Did you ask for a refund? I haven’t gotten anything yet, but I didn’t file a ticket, since I assumed this would be one of those cases where they just do it for everyone automatically.
