Need more information. what is the maximum and minimum adjustable length of the collar, first not counting the loop of fabric that provides the slip, and also counting the maximum length including the doubled loop. This information is necessary to determine (1) if it will fit over the head and folded ears of the dog and (2) if, once the slack is pulled out, will it be so long as to allow the dog to back out of it, or so short that it tightens down and chokes the dog.
