Exact same price, per ounce, as 23 Oz bottles on Amazon.
Yep, larger sizes are often cheaper by the ounce. Less packaging, less warehouse/shelf space, etc. Nothing new. Some people just don’t want the larger or can’t afford it at that time.

Per ounce? Well, anyway, 32 of those ounces were just delivered.
Am I to understand I could have received less, with a longer shipping time?
That is not Quantum, through. That is for basic. I could not find a 23 oz size of Quantum on Amazon.
