First order from woot and the package arrived without the product

So I made my first ever purchase from woot. I ordered a pair of Samsung Buds+, I was excited when it arrived but quickly realised that the earbuds and case were missing. The seal on the box was ripped so but the packaging that it came in was unharmed so I’m assuming an employee at woot took item. I hope somebody could help resolve this problem.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service and let them know the cost to replace the battery. They may have some options.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
