Does anyone know the difference between the EU (Europe) & the US version of this unit? Do I need a different charger? is it even compatible for use in the US?

Hi there. Per the vendor:
*There is no difference between the EU Spec & US Spec . *
They are 100% exactly the same in every single aspect other than the UPC and Model Number.

Just have to be thinner and wear better clothes to go with it.
