Own 2 of these… wife and I wear them every day. Both had issues within warranty period and had replacements shipped to us from Fitbit. I like the watch but will not be buying another Fitbit when these new ones die in 6-9 months like the first ones did.
Only like $25-$30 cheaper than a new one found on Amazon. Open box could be missing pieces. Not a great deal here.
