Extra incentive?

Time to check out the product page

Tinfoil hat wearer here.

Read the privacy policy.

Also think about what permissions you have to give the fitbit app to make all the features work.

And, how much trust do you have they will keep all that data safe.

Fiancée has one of these, I’m a little surprised to see them on Woot…

Anyways, she loves hers. There seem to be a few bugs that they’re working out, but generally nothing major.

Att has this cheaper. Come on woot I miss the old you.

In other words…

Don’t wear your FitBit Surge when committing a crime if you don’t want the cops to know you were there.

Whooo-hooo! 8% off! I need a new set of bookends. Put me down for two!

Wow - 8% off!

Honestly, I am fine sharing this basic information with them. Being that I have had a Fitbit Flex for about a year now, I know a lot of this information is needed to design a program that is right for you. Of course, you can lie about most of the info if you do not feel comfortable sharing your real info with them. For many people, there is a whole lot more personal info listed on their Facebook pages. I do not have Facebook and typically am wary of sharing info but not with Fitbit. I do credit the software Fitbit offers as part of the reason why I am down 65 lbs. from this time last year.

I was just reading about these over at www.GeekHealth.com

They look pretty cool and all AND I really want one but 8% off gets you on woot? Really?

Have had a fitbit flex for several years. Have the surge now. Works well. My only complaints are cosmetic. The small is almost too small and my wrists are small and the watch is fairly large. I have the HR+ now (fitflex with heart rate) and while the surge has slightly better features, the flex suits my needs as well as not being so obvious on the wrist. Same complaint about the band sizing though.
The fitbit line of products has yet to be discounted to any great degree and this release (the Surge) is only a few weeks old so I’m not sure it will ever be truly WOOT-worthy as a deal.

Great job on the weight loss! I’ve had a Fitbit Flex for a year now… it helps me track my activity and steps in a way old school pedometers never did. Following the plan: “Eat Less, Move More”… the Fitbit helps inspire me to move more.

Just released and already on Woot… That can’t be good.

-sigh-

Link?

Nevermind, I’ll do it myself, trundle over to ATT

Hmmm, $250 list price.

-bigger sigh-

Google it. Ahhh, need the promo code FITBIT15 AND it they only have the Large size.

Long gone are the days of old Woot.

In case you own the One or the Zip and are considering an upgrade, I have the ChargeHR which is another wrist mounted fit bit. I used to have the hip mounted zip and my wife still does. The wrist mounted unit consistently counts about 20 to 30% more steps for identical activity. Although I like the features of the ChargeHR, I trust the accuracy of the zip more, actually.

you could be an REI member and get $25 back … and not have to pay shipping … and have customer support. Sorry Woot $20 isn’t worth the internet gamble. 20% maybe.
