Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. We got 2 of them in the last batch. Right out of the box one was making a really loud clicking noise every peddle. Company kept giving us a run around when trying to get it replaced demanding a video as proof.

It now sits in a closet…

I have the same problem - finally put the thing together this past weekend, and the whirrCLICKwhirrCLICK is unbearable. I haven’t called about it yet.

I got a similar one. I contacted tech support. It was ridiculously easy to take a short video, plus send them the serial number. The reply was quick: something about the belt inside the mechanism. They sent me a whole new body for free, and quickly.

While it took quite a bit of time for the original assembly, it took far less to replace the main body. Take off the pedals, 2 bolts for the desk assembly, and the seat comes right off. Maybe 20 minutes total. The new one works fine.

What I will say, however, is that there’s not much room for a mouse. I think the desk extension ($35, I think, plus $10 shipping) is a very useful accessory.

The faulty ones notwithstanding, this is an otherwise pretty solid piece of exercise equipment for $210.
