I’d suggest that folks shy away from the Vitaminerals Green Coffee Extract that Woot is selling…
I bought it last time around — and saw that it is NOT stamped with an expiration date. The only stamp on it is a lot number (as if that tells the consumer anything).
You’d think that Woot would know better than to sell a supplement without an expiration date…no, wait, that was the “old” Woot.
Expiration dates aren’t all that usefull anyway. They’re just guidelines to cover insurance requirements and avoid lawsuits. Almost any product has a use by date of a year and most are 2-3 years so this wouldn’t be around that long anyway. If an expiration date is enough to keep someone from buying a product this link may put some concerns at ease.
The bigger issue I have is the lack of accurate honest scientific double/triple blind studies to prove this even works so IMO I’d be avoiding it anyway.

Green Tea extract has been clinically shown to aid in weight loss. It is, in fact, the only supplement for which this is true. The rest have yielded mixed, mostly useless results.
However, the trials in which there were results with Green Tea also involved caffeine. Legit suppliers include some caffeine. These guys are leaving you to do the homework and, just maybe, buy more pills.

Any word on the lifeline ultimate trainer kit? is it good?

I can’t comment on the Lifeline Ultimate Trainer Kit, but if you’re looking for a quality set of resistance bands, I’d highly recommend the Black Mountain Products Stackable ($33) or Ultimate Resistance Band Set ($54) on Amazon or the BMP website. The bands can be combined for increased resistance, and includes handles, ankle strap, and door anchor. My favorite thing about them is the lifetime replacement warranty. I’ve been using the Stackable Band Set for 2.5 years now, and every time a band breaks (which will happen with any resistance band stretched repeatedly), I notify customer service and they send me a new one at no cost. I’ve traveled with them, and used them for P90X, P90X3, and TapouT XT workouts and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the bands or their customer service.
