Nowhere in the actual listing do you say what statement itâs for or have an option to choose a system. I know if you look through the pictures you can find one that has PS5 and PS4 discs if you look, but Iâve seen those discs in pictures for other system versions as well.
Never just trust the picture. Some buyers may be quite disappointed.
My box arrived without the 12â Sun and Moon Daycare Attendant Duo Plush and Hippo magnet!
The item has already been opened. The FNAF box was torn and taped shut with Amazon tape!
Iâll be asking for a refund!

Returned for a refund. Refund was brand new. Thank you.
never trust Wootâs video game sales. they are always just âclearing out Amazon inventoryâ and âdonât have eyes on themâ so basically they are just reselling old Amazon returns.
this is a first for me to see somebody post about getting something listed in new condition and getting something thatâs used, but it honestly doesnât surprise me at all. even for used items that say the condition is refurbished, itâs not refurbished. they just pack up and send out whatever they find and say its been refurbished, though I think they may have changed the way they list the condition of items after I complained in an older video game sale thread and added in a âusedâ option as well but I havenât been on here much recently to know for sure.
Iâve seen people post about physically broken consoles, consoles with dead insects rattling around inside them, and I personally received a ârefurbishedâ console that had a faulty disc drive and appeared to have had milk or some other similar liquid spilled on it. luckily for me the liquid didnât appear to have leaked inside and done any damage to the internals, and after contacting CS I was able to get a partial refund to cover the cost of getting the optical drive replaced. Iâm sure the people who received physically broken console were able to return them for refund, but I doubt they would issue any refunds for a console infested with dead insects. thatâs just nasty and if the console was indeed refurbished thereâs no way a repair person would have opened it up to inspect or work on it and then closed it back up without cleaning out that mess.
