Damn good price on a damned good meter. You cannot go wrong with a Fluke and I much prefer the physical clicky knob than the push buttons a lot of these come with.
Do NOT assume this meter is waterproof just because of its color.
I grew up conditioned by Sony’s Sports Walkman and made that mistake with a Fluke before. I am not at all blaming Fluke, it’s just a word of caution.
I’ve used Fluke meters for decades at work.
Now that I’m retired, I own just 2 Fluke meters.
They have always been workhorse meters, operating at freezing, dumping rain, 110+ degree on a hot tar rooftop, all weather.
You do have to try to keep the meter as dry as possible and the lead connections too. I’ve used them on up to 660v (not this meter) and you gotta watch out for stray voltages.
