Does this take standard batteries? Does it charge through USB? Or is there a proprietary charger?

Whoops, never mind. I checked the Amazon reviews. They take 4 AA batteries.

I am half tempted to buy these for me and my co-workers, but did anyone else notice that all of the Amazon reviews are from the last two weeks and they are all 5 star reviews?

Sorry but the reviews seem a bit shady to me.

I bought these for my kids for Christmas and they are great…and I paid the 150.

I googled the best laser tag home set and these came up…this was 6 months ago. I bought thin for my 9 year old twins and they are great. Long gone are the nerf bullets all over my house.

We paid full price for them too at Christmas for the kids. We have had a blast with them. You can change the firing modes which adds to the fun and strategy when playing. It really has become a family game!

Fakespot gives it an F… evidently only 1 reliable review among the 15 posted. All are verified purchasers; just heard on NPR this morning that the latest and greatest scam is to ship items to people with Amazon accounts then post 5-star reviews with said account, with the recipient/reviewer now showing up as a “verified purchaser.”
