Rats indeed. I’ve been considering a rower as my home cardio machine, and this would be a great deal if, you know, it was a good product. Oh well.

The best rower for the money may be the Concept2 Model D. It’s ~$800-$900.00 My link is to Amazon. You’re welcome Woot!/Amazon but, you can get it at a better price. They used to offer discount to military from their website purchase. We have this in our workout room at work. It is used several times a day every day of the week and has always operated very well with no operational breakdowns in the past several years that I’ve maintained it. Normal preventative maintenance is required of course as is with any machine. I maintain the equipment out of the goodness of my heart so I see what goes on with the machines everyday. Surprising, or not, how many people will abuse stuff that doesn’t belong to them. But, the Concept2 keeps plugging along.
