funky attitude, funky goods and worse customer support

I recently bought 2 phones (both Pixel 3XL), however received two Pixel 2 – can’t be a mistake. a mistake is if I would have received a pixel 2 and a pixel 4.
Unfortunately for me, same day I bought a sound bar (TCL), the bar was new but would not work- not connect, so I retuned it back. 11 days since they received the item - but still no refund.

The Pixel issue was an error with mixed-up inventory at our vendors. I see you’ve been taken care of with those.

Not sure why the refund was delayed on the TCL sound bar but I got with CS and you should see it soon.
