Very unhappy with woot! - tried to buy this TWICE in cream color - and each time they shipped Silver Gray - after the first failure they had me re-buy and send back the first one. BEWARE!! Not sure that they have Cream in stock. And yes - I’ve already reached out to customer service and got a tepid lousy response.
I am so sorry. We are working with the vendor to see what happened.
