Gamepass Codes: wrong region error, not working (ISSUE RESOLVED)

I purchased a dozen 3-month Game Pass codes back in October and due to Microsoft’s limit on Game Pass stored I had 3 codes left. Fast forward 9 months and I’m entering the codes I have yet to use and I get the error message “This code can’t be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.” My region has not changed, I haven’t changed any region information on my profile, this error is not due to something I have done with my account. So I contact Woot customer service and I’m just told that I won’t be receiving a refund on these codes. Can I get three new codes or can someone tell me what region I need to change my account to while entering the codes I already have? At this point in time I spent $110 on codes that I cannot get to work.

EDIT: I may have been a bit hasty posting to the forums, everything worked out and refunds for the unused codes have been issued, thank you guys for the easy fix, I really appreciate it

Hello. Looking at the order, I see a note from CS that they’re waiting for you to send screen shots of the codes having the issue. That was dated 7/1. So as soon as you respond with those screen shots, they can assist you.
