Once upon a time, after searching locally for a furnace part, I drove over three hours to take care of a customer’s problem. It was after hours, on my own time, and in dangerous conditions.
I didn’t put them off with b.s. info or excuses - I got the job done. It really sucked at the time, but when it was all over, I felt good, they were happy, and led to a lot more money in my pocket. Good customer service goes a long way.

I received half this order 12-5-13 and have been wwaaaaaaiitting for something… anything tangible from WOOT!, customer service, forum posts, staff, or anyone as to what is going on with the second half of my order. No tracking, no refund, no product. Christmas rush is over and I’ve been waiting a month.
Where’s my stuff, does ANYONE know, or care?
