Strange that specs for lower price unit are far superior.
The pinless detection is a big difference - with the cheaper one, you’ll have to poke holes in the surface (drywall, wood, etc.), while the pinless function in the more expensive one works okay without damaging anything.
I’m not familiar with this brand, but the state of the art GE Protimeter is a lot more expensive.
