Just wanted to chime in to mention that this multi-tool is quite stiff.

I used to have a leatherman multi-tool and it was very fluid; easy to open and close.

Picked this up a few months back to replace the leatherman that has been missing for some time. This is about half the length, and it requires significantly more effort to open and close. The leatherman also had a mechanism to change where the pliers locked (to be used for larger jobs or as a make-shift vicegrip). The bullrush does not have this feature (though it also doesn’t claim to).

That said, it is very sturdy and all of the tools function well. The blade is very competent and the spring loaded pliers are very handy. The pliers are additionally a bit longer and thus a bit… needlier than others I have used, which makes them more versatile.

Just don’t grab it thinking it will be a fast fold and unfold. It’s also wider and shorter, so it may not fit in the same places a longer/thinner tool might.

Woot, need to list country of mfr on tools please.

It is listed under specs:

Made In: China

Unless you want them to call this the:

Gerber Bullrush Multi-Tool Made In China

Does the Gerber Bullrush Multi-Tool have another other assisted opening besides the assistance of the onboard pliers?
