Seems pretty pricey for what is essentially a keychain reel, or retractable Credential holder. I use the credential holders to keep my scissors and hemostat handy and clipped to my fishing vest. I can get a couple dozen of those for the price of this. But if you need to look “purty” whilst fishing, order a dozen of these, they will likely look good for a long time!
