Getting to Artist Payments Department

I wanted to ask a little bit of help with getting to Artist Payments Department.
I have sent a request for changing my payment details to, but have not heard from them like in 3 weeks (I guess I’m too patient). Maybe that’s not the right e-mail and I should have e-mailed someone else? Can you please help me with this?
