Did anyone else order this?
Mine arrived today and it’s totally a different seat massager- not shiatsu, rather a vibrating one.

I did contact CS, and they said it was no longer in stock, but it looks like it’s still advertised as in supply.

So CS was kind enough to reach out a second time and sent out another one, the “correct” one, but I received the package today and it is still the exact same wrong one! The description clearly says shiatsu, but the ones I’ve received only vibrate. Totally different! What can be done?!? Item not as described:angry:
