These are not your momma and daddy’s Ginsu knives. I’ve used different sets of Ginsu over the last few years (knife vendor at Gun & Knife Shows) and I would term these knives the best knives in the inexpensive category. There are a lot of knife snobs in the world that will disagree but for those of us who can not afford to buy expensive knives, there is Ginsu. In for 3, make great gifts!
