For those of you who are curious about this, but are clueless as to its practical utility:
This is a cheap Chinese plate-carrier of acceptable utility. You can but 10”x12” SAPI plates for as little as $125 each (it takes two-front & back), but you can also buy more expensive plates with more protection.
As far as carrying your tactical load-out, this is capable of holding both AR-15 and pistol magazines - but it does NOT feature a removable front “placard” that can be configured for carrying different load-outs for the type of mission.
So, while not being professional, it is acceptable for lower-risk engagements. Just don’t go spending a lot to upgrade it with accessories because you will still end up with a cheap plate carrier.
“rapid release” is something the type of guys who buy this are all too familiar with
