I cannot get this pair up with my echo dot. Both are Bluetooth enabled and since I use Alexa to listen to my music this is useless to me. I do have to say it has great sound and is excellent in every other way. Can someone help me out on pairing with Alexa? Or are they not compatable? Thank you!
Hello. We checked with our vendor. This speaker is not compatible with Alexa.
I’ve never gotten mine too even pair with my Pixel 3XL. TRIED DOZENS OF TIMES. I’ve paid many other by speakers and by wireless ear phones. Not the slightest problem with sounds equipment. I got frustrated again trying to pair last Friday and finally was frustrated enough to throw it in the trash. I’d had enough.
Wouldn’t it have been cheaper to return it, even WITH a restocking fee?
