The good news is the next new episode “The Impossible Astronaut” airs this Saturday (Apr. 23) at 9:00 PM on BBC America.
The sad news is that Elisabeth Sladen, who played Sarah Jane Smith opposite Doctors 3 & 4 (Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker), died today from cancer.

For us this doubly sad news as we don’t have BBC America. Also my daughter really enjoy the Sarah Jane Adventures series.

I just found this out a few minutes ago via another website. Man, this just hurts. She’s iconic Doctor Who to me. I grew up watching her and Tom Baker. The episodes with her and him (and Harry too) are some of my favorites.
