This requires an App to operate. It says available for both Apple and Android. I was unable to find the Cuisinart/Goodful One Top App it requires in the Google Play Store. (Pixel 9 phone). I guess the App is discontinued.
I do see some “One Top” APKs out there for android via Google.
I also see in reviews that some say it’s simple to use without the app. YMMV
