Google Pixel 3/3XL (Fully Unlocked) (S&D)

Google Pixel 3/3XL (Fully Unlocked) (S&D)

If course. But I thought google stoped updatning the OS on the 3 by now. I had a 3XL a number of years ago. Liked it but i like my new Samsung more.

What are the underlying models? My understanding is the Verizon ones cannot be bootloader unlocked to have custom ROMs installed.

Google is still updating the 3’s until Oct. this year. It was the 2’s they stopped updating.

The last time these were up, i purchased one and returned it because the bootloader was locked. Stock Android is icky.

Hi, will it work on sprint?

Why would you buy this pixel when you know its not going to get any updates from Google?

Many reasons, but for 2, it’s a cheap device, better than the new phones you can buy for $100 (& these people may want it for music player, talk & text like myself, & the phone doesn’t stop working when the OS stops being updated. Ask Windows XP users), and the unlimited cloud space for pictures.

Is this g013a model number for pixel 3?

Just a heads up on these phones - they are sold through a 3rd party, distributed by Woot.
That being said, my experience with this ended in returning both phones that I purchased.
The “scratch and dent” in the description is vague and not what I received.
Both phones had screen burn in, one had Bluetooth that would constantly turn on and off to the point of not being able to set the phone up and the other phone had speakers which were broken.
I purchased these phones knowing about the possible scratches which I could swallow.
Non-functioning phones I could not.

Yes the price is right, yes I was offered a refund on the screens, and yes I returned both phones.
The description does not match what I had received.
Buyer beware on this one.

I guess it would be to expensive to have them be refurbished by the original manufacturer.

Hi there. We buy from many vendors around the country and unless they carry the warranty, we don’t list them. Same as most other retailers.

if you buy one, definitely get a case ASAP. i dropped mine from the passenger seat into that gap between the center armrest and the seat and it got a nasty nick in the gorilla glass by the volume button… and the volume button is now stuck in the depressed position. i’m hoping i never have to reboot the phone or else it might get stuck in safe mode.

the motorola droid i had many years back survived years despite the sliding keyboard mechanism making it more fragile

as for the condition of the phone. they’re honest about the S&D condition. it was definitely scratched. the idiot who owned the phone before me must have kept it next to his or her keychain. there were 3 gashes in the gorilla glass screen. every other part of the phone was in good condition but it arrived dirty as all duck. whatever backwater refurbisher worked on it didn’t think to give the speakers and gaps a quick cleaning.
i’ve gotten phones in far better condition from craigslist

otherwise, it feels snappy and the camera is quite good and it’s nice to get anrdoid 11 although it sucks to realize i got the verizon model and they’ve decided they want to cripple the pixel by locking the bootloader

Not sure if the phone works or not, because the charger/cable they sent me doesn’t work with the phone. The charging end is too short, so it will not charge, or even stay attached to the phone.

Same for me. It’s the wrong type of cable and the charging block itself doesn’t have sufficient output to charge this phone to begin with.

Hi there. Sorry about that. See my note above about contacting customer service.

Do you realize that once the updates stop your device is no longer being protected from viruses or hacking? So even if you are using it for talk and text, or music – especially downloaded music – you are rendering yourself vulnerable to ID theft.

Got a replacement Pixel 3 from Woot a couple of months back. The one I got was in virtually perfect condition (unblemished & clean as new.) Charger was not OEM and charger cord was DOA but I have plenty of good chargers & cords (& wireless chargers.)
Only head-scratcher was embedded, unremovable “Osaifu Keitai” apps which apparently are Japanese standard mobile payment apps. They don’t require any special permissions so I’m ok with letting them lie.
As other people said here, these phones are still being updated by Google, first thing I did was update it OTA to latest version of Android. The phone is being used on Verizon.
