Anyone else get their’s and the bottom speakers are not working?
Got this and a Pixel 3A XL at the same time.
Bot giving me a “Call Verizon to unlock your SIM card.”
We’re with T-Mobile. They’re saying go to Verizon.
Verizon saying to go T-Mobile. They don’t have the IMEI numbers on their network.
Wrote Woot Support, but haven’t heard back yet.
Anybody have any suggestions/recommendtions?
Trying to activate my Google Fi SIM on the Pixel 4 XL and I have the same problem as you. Tried both installing a physical card and downloading the e-SIM but no luck. Online searches indicate people being involved in a similar runaround between the carriers as you note, I didn’t find a working solution though. I’m also waiting to hear from CS.
Somewhat comforting to know that I’m not alone…
I’ve tried hitting them (Woot CS) on twitter. No Joy.
For what it’s worth:
- Number of folks on the 3a/3a XL are reporting the same issue
- Someone recommended taking them to a Verizon store for unlocking
- If that doesn’t work: Returning them
