Of course it lands right outside of the warranty date… There goes $325 down the drain 
Check with the credit card you used to purchase. They might offer an extended warranty as part of your card benefits, especially if you pay a monthly fee.

CS told me to check with Google, which I thought would be a lost cause since the fold was released June of 2023. However it IS still under warranty 
! So all is not lost!
