Just got my first of 3 of these, and the screen burn-in is horrible. I hope the other 2 are in better shape… this isn’t refurb this is retire.
I’m very sorry. Make sure you contact Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Just received the device and looked in very good shape. I thought it was odd to have the screen protector on it already. I know now, that it was to cover a small crack in the display. Very disappointed.
