I received mine, yeah.
I did. Two bottle loose in a padded envelope with an (ironically) unglued blister pack backing. 
Say… now that I think about it (and look)… should the caps have been screwed in already, with the metal pin puncturing the (I would assume) seal? Because both bottles were per-pierced!
Yeah, same here on both counts (loose glue bottles with unglued packaging, and the glue seemingly already being open). I will say, however, the halfway-filled nature of the glue bottles seems normal based on Amazon reviews. Maybe that is just how they come, oddly enough?

Received two separate shipments of these I ordered them separately and of course woot never combines shipping
.got them both in an oversized box with paper ans they’re stuffed and sealed in a bubble envelope. Half full as always. That is normal for anyone who thinks otherwise. Something to do with thick bottle, don’t fill or they spill, or to thick to squeeze..paying for amount not package size… yada yada yada
Since these were fulfilled by Amazon:
- There’s no guarantee that the same warehouse would be able to fulfill everything.
- They receive each order independent from one another.

The problem, for me, isn’t that they bottles are half full, the potential problem is that these are NOT brand new in sealed packages, nor are the bottles themselves sealed - the seals have already been pierced by having the caps already screwed down, piercing the factory seal. These means that if you bought more than one bottle, the others WILL be dried out before you need them… yada yada yada
My order has finally shipped. Let’s see if I receive what was offered or some poor imitation of a new in packaging product as others have reported receiving.
I just received my order. Like others have reported, I received a grossly oversized cardboard box stuffed with brown paper and a single white plastic, labeled shipping envelope containing two loose bottles of glue that appear roughly half-filled along with a loose piece of advertising card stock to which a single bottle would normally be attached and enclosed within a plastic cover in a retail package. The card stock is obviously thrown in to provide usage instructions and legal information. It is new and unused.
Amazon customers have also reported having received what seem like half-filled bottles. The company replied that the glue is sold by weight and not volume due to performance and usability requirements and each bottle contains the proper amount denoted on the label.
I guess that I will be keeping mine.
