Gotham Steel also won’t protect you from exploding cigars, acid flowers or bang flag pistols

It has protected me from the bang flag pistol in the past

Bought these about a year ago, and just trashed them all in favor of a Cuisinart set.

Pans were a mess, food sticking to every single one even at low temps. One pan worked well out of the entire set. I kept that one.

If you want to buy a 12-piece set to keep 1 piece, by all means…

purchased a single frying pan last year. within 5-6 months lost it’s non-stick quality. in the trash.

A common aspect with ceramic coated cookware is that it may look clean but it actually isn’t – and then they’ll stick.

A scrub wash with baking soda may have saved it.

Anyone know where to get instructions? There are a bunch of clips in a bag but no guide as to what to do with them, same for a square vented lid that fits nothing.
