Try doing the no stick thing like you see in their videos…won’t cha all be in for a big surprise !!!
They market these aluminum Ti pans wrong. It’s not as non-stick as they advertise but its really is fantastic cookware despite that. Its best feature is super easy cleanup even if you do get stuck-on food, even burnt. I use a stainless brillo type scrubber and it looks like new every time, even a year later. I love how they use much less heat too and it spreads very evenly. I’m tossing all my peeling teflon pans
I have the large pan…I would not say everything sticks, but it does lose its non-stick magic. On the plus side, you can put these in the oven, and overall, this is still our go-to pan.
I Googled Gotham Steel reviews and was surprised to find almost no positive comments. If it seems too good to be true…
Don’t waste your money - the first few times you use them, they’re great. After that, they make my preacher husband want to cuss.
Not that I have direct experience with these, but from what I’ve heard is that oil residue builds up on the ceramic, inhibiting its non-stick ability. Supposedly a good scrubbing with baking soda brings it back to new.
$60 at Sam’s Club… Sorry, woot.
