Gourmet Kitchen DIY Granola Kit

You’ve got to be joking. I just made granola this morning, actually, and it cost me a lot less than $35 for 6 cups. (That’s more than $5/serving!) Admittedly, no blood orange oil. But even if you, like me, buy organic pecans, local honey, etc, it’s not going to cost more than maybe a dollar per half cup.

Seriously, if you want to make granola, it’s dead easy - about 1/4c each honey and oil heated and mixed, ~5 cups rolled oats and any seeds or coconut flakes you want to add in, all mixed together and spread on a silicone baking sheet and baked 30 minutes at 300F. It will harden as it dries. Then add in nuts and dried fruit to taste.
