My Switch was just delivered, but it’s not in retail packaging and it’s missing the codes for Mario Kart and 12 months of Nintendo Online. I’m going to email support about this but if anyone else has the same issue, please let me know.

Unsurprisingly, CS wants photos to show the missing items. 
I sent photos of what I got, so at least they will the packaging is wrong. The console and accessories seem to be working just fine so far, but I would have preferred the retail box.
I haven’t heard back from CS in 48 hours. I don’t know if I did something wrong replying to them or what. Can you please get their attention for me?
Their queue can get a little backlogged, please allow them some extra time. I’m also looking into this with our vendor.
Just to update you, I did eventually get a partial refund from CS and then I got the digital code for Mario Kart a few days later. Never got the code for Nintendo Online, so I just paid for it separately.
Apologies for the hassle, glad CS was able to get you a resolution! I ended this sale after notifying the vendor of the issue.
I also never received a code for Mario kart deluxe nor the gift card for the 12 months for Nintendo online. I emailed CS 4 different times and never got passed the pictures I sent them. I’ll have to go back and check my emails but I know I ordered this a few months ago so I don’t think I still have the original box it came in.
Hi there. I do see that CS created a return label for you on 3/20. Doesn’t look like you’ve used it. The return label will have expired by now so you’d have to request a new one.
Did you try creating a Nintendo account on your Switch? I had a bundled Switch Lite and as soon as I logged in on the device, it downloaded the game.
