On the 16th, I got sorta good news regarding the accident which I was involved in, back in October.
The kid is in rehab, and his parents seem to know (and possibly acknowledge), that I was not at fault for their kid running across a busy street in dark clothing in a place with poor lighting, and being hit by my car.
