The weather here is slightly inclement.
An occasional very slight mist and temps in the mid 60’s.
It’s almost a little ‘muggy’.
We had an 8mph gust a while ago.
I’m staying inside until it improves.

It does look like that.
You stick them under your bicycle seat and it acts like a fender to protect your back from puddle splashes.

Bicycles had these things called FENDERS.
I guess it’s an option nowadays.
