My son came by tonight. Some package came in the mail for him. Cleaned out some of the last packages of beef in the deep freeze. He has good timing! Mayhaps a little Hubbybird told him about the free shopping.

Had an invite from musician friend James. They were playing at Tres Potrillos (@mbspell has been there as El Tren before its name change).
Got the Carne Asada Street Tacos. Excellent. Oogie didn’t like the chips. Or salsa. And said her Sangria had a green pepper aftertaste. What? But her single enchilada was good.
James is real good, but his singing partner is off key most of the time. Ugh.

Yum.
We had an excess of ground lamb for burgers (odd problem to have I know) :wink: so we took half and made our own tacos tonight: chili peppers, onion, carrots, tomato, cilantro, lime = delicious.
Not just for Tuesdays anymore! :grinning: :taco:
Weather cooled down to 85 today. Might get to 102 on Sunday.
Now watching baseball and soccer. :baseball: :soccer:
Said to hear of the passing of the great Vin Scully. One of the best sport commentators ever.

After a high of 104* today,
