This must be meatball week for me. Someone mentioned IKEA, I went to Swedish Meatballs, and now those suckers are cooking. Dinner will be scrumptious!
Dumping rain. 69 degrees.
Glad I had an early appt in Jacksonville today!

Good thing you took that fancy hat instead of an umbrella…
call corporate & complain again
tell them pharmacy mgr lied to you
these employees may not care but the higher ups do
Time for another record- Iron Butterfly, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida 1968, their 2nd album.
Best known for the title song, the song was supposed to be “In the garden of Eden” but due to intoxication, the song was garbled and written down wrong.
At 17 minutes, the title song takes up one side of a record. In concert, they would stretch it out to over 30 minutes sometimes.
Hello! TGIF! Happy March. ![]()
Kind finally got some better sleep. Woke up once around 2:30 for bathroom and Ibuprofen due to aches.
Homemade Mac and cheese for lunch.
Baked bread yesterday and it’s almost 1/2 gone. ![]()
Found this on YT and it’s informative and funny. Neil deGrasse Tyson provides understandable science and comedian Check Nice gives jokes.
Not only that they lied, but my prescription on the WM website now shows it’s a 60-day supply instead of 90-day supply like my Dr submitted, with 1 less refill and nothing showing that they only gave me a partial order this morning. So, they’ve altered my prescription I guess. Allegedly, someone from corporate is going to call me back. At this point, I don’t even want them to fill the rest of the order. I see this doctor on Wednesday so I’ll pick another pharmacy for all my other prescriptions and do the CGM through a DME supplier after I figure out who’s covered. The ones I got today will last me exactly until my insurance at the new job kicks in although I would have appreciated the overlap of a month to get the DME supplies in time.

I have a GOOD customer service story. Shout out to the big boy with a sleeve of tattoos who dug down to the bottom of his cart stock to get me 2 tubs of lower sodium sliced ham that was on sale.
Oo, I got another one. Shout out to Woot CS. I got some sunscreen this week that was supposed to be a 2 pack but only received one. I had a refund in 24 hours.

Why don’t these people work anywhere near me?

It’s a shame your WM is such a bunch of “I don’t care about my job or my customers” losers. That points to serious personnel issues in that store.
Big boy who hooked me up with my ham was not at WM. I never go there.
If it will make you feel just a tiny bit better, my closest Walmart Supercenter is ranked the ninth worst grocery store in the U.S. Fortunately, I have a small neighborhood Walmart near me that I get my prescriptions from and so far I haven’t had any major problems.
Top 3 Grocers and one in KCMO (not a nice part of town either)
Our findings reveal the top three worst groceries in the country: Giant Eagle Supermarket on Cedar Ave. in Pittsburgh; Metro Thriftway on E. 63rd St. in Kansas City; and Walmart Supercenter on E. Exposition Ave. in Aurora, CO.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you just gotta go and show me up by having something worse than me. Feel better now?
maybe I will stay in MA forever. the rest of the country seems questionable LOL
Unintentional. Sorry!
it says 60 day supply bc they gave you 6 cgm thingys. if you pay cash, there is no “partial.” your rx still probably has 12 cgm left (1 refill + 3 cgm).

It’s nice to have a translator. Do you also speak penguin?
