Not 1 recipe rather combined a few of them with tweaks for my preference. Added orange zest and only used cardamom not cinnamon.

Then followed the next for techniques
Hubby and I were craving a more Nordic than Am-cinnamon roll. Also I did a twist knot for each bun instead of traditional roll, slice in a pan. Ended up w/ too much butter in filling which oozed out so no icing is necessary. I’m sure a powered sugar orange glaze would be lovely.
