Green Junk Food

I have a baby cakes. it’s nice. we use it for…baby cakes…and cornbread muffins. one box of Jiffy Mix makes about 15

One note: the pie maker here makes noticeably smaller pies than the more expensive pie maker sold at Williams-Sonoma. The difference between a palm-sized tart, and a mini-tart.

Now I know the Breville Pie Maker is $79, and this one is $17, so… just pointing out one significant difference.

I use the Breville pie maker to make mini-quiches for Christmas and other family breakfast gatherings. Basically make a bar of all the different ingredients, and then let people make the ones they want in their quiche. One quiche won’t fill you up, but you can be noshing on one while the next one cooks. Each of these pie makers cook 4 at a time.

Not actually true. Anything that plugs into a wall in the US should be UL listed, but I have encountered a number of things over time that actually are not. Small appliances, lamps and Christmas lights seem to be where I see this problem the most.

oh i thought it was a requirement.
