GreenPan cookware is great… If you are really careful with it.
The nonstick surface is fantastic but it can chip, so no metal utensils.
The biggest piece of advice I can offer is: **do not overheat them. ** The frying pans cannot be used on high heat, even if it says they can be. We tried to sear some pork and the surface was too hot. Ended up ruining the pan (no longer nonstick at all) AND the pork because some of the coating ended up on it.
I’ve heard and seen mixed reviews. Some people have never had a problem with theirs, but I know from experience the that are very temperamental.
