I bought this 24V one in 2013 and it’s still working fine. I also have a 40V lawnmower and I probably won’t get the chance to replace it because it will last forever. I would buy this if either of my batteries were compatible because it’s $20 and basically cheaper than buying a new spool of line. Greenworks tools are very good.

I wonder how much the battery will set you back. It is a great price but the truth will be in the cost of the battery and charger

I bought one of these about a month ago, a decent battery/charger set will set you back about $50-60.
