The description says up to 70m of runtime. The picture says up to 45m runtime. That’s a pretty big difference… which is correct?
I have had this exact mower and battery combo for about 9 years now…the 70 minute run time is combined between the two batteries, and varies widely based on the type, density and moisture of the grass you are mowing.
I bought this some time in the past few years and it’s worthwhile. The only issue has been the Greenworks customer service, which has been lacking. The batteries were making a high pitched noise when charging and I have read that’s not ideal. Still no resolution but there are other things to worry about in the world. Otherwise this is surprisingly much better and easier than even a corded electric. Good price too. If you have a bigger yard or like to mow for 1+ hours, get the upgraded version from Costco. I hate lawnmowing and this will rip through inexplicably healthy overgrown wet grass so there you have it.
I don’t bag my grass and normally it’s too tall to mulch. Is there a discharge chute attachment available?
I didn’t see anything on the Greenworks site. This doesn’t have a side discharge.
I’ve had this since April 2018, payed $236 at the time. excellent mower. batteries are holding tough, charge fast and hold charge very well. No problems whatsoever with the mower. Gets through some pretty thick grass. Recommended.
No side discharge that I know of. Mulch or rear bag.
