So I’ve got the Greenworks 60V mower and trimmer, which are only sold by Lowe’s. What the compatibility between that system and this one? I currently have 4A and 2A 60V batteries that came with them.
And for the record, I’m pretty happy with the system. The mower’s a little susceptible to overheating in hot weather, or when the grass is really long and it needs to run at full speed the whole time. When it overheats, the battery life gets cut almost in half, but when it’s running, they’re the best mower/trimmer I’ve ever used. So if you’re not sure about the brand, I’d definitely recommend them.
The 60v will not work with an 80v system unfortunately.
For what it’s worth I’ve got the 40v G-Max stuff (mower, blower) and really like it as well. We have the twin blade mower, it doesn’t seem to get bogged down easily. After 3 years the batteries are still going strong!
