I bought one of these in a previous sale. It took quite a number of tries to get a few fingerprints programmed, then when I put it in place and tested it, it would open only after 10 or so swipes (not a great thing if you are needing to get to your “contents” quickly). Customer service suggested a brand new particular battery brand, particular battery expiration date (how dumb is that, once a battery is used a few times does that mean it is no longer fresh?). I cooperated and tried this, no change, followed all the instructions they gave me, it just got worse. I was very polite with them, but as I asked for further suggestions, they just stopped responding. Kudos to Woot, they allowed me to return it and gave me a refund.
