legitimate help. Check your account page. See if the item shows up. If no item, e-mail support. They won’t get back to you until next week most likely, but since the Ipods haven’t sold out yet, they will probably sell you what it is you want.
If you are really worried, make a new account, with a different e-mail address and try to order them again.
