Meh, I had a similar indoor grill and when food eventually started sticking, it was a pain in the ass to clean.
I’ve since switched to cooking pretty much all my meals in a 12" or 8" cast iron skillet and I’ll never go back to one these fancy-schmancy indoor grill contraptions.

This is my first woot in a month and after over 60 woot purchases, this is the first i have seen with sales tax. I read the woot email stating woot was aquired by Amazon,which unfortunately for me is located in Seattle WA. HEY WOOT STAFF/AMAZON HOW ABOUT A 9.8% DISCOUNT FOR YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR THE MERGER! Don’t get me wrong i love Amazon and purchase just as much from them with sales tax, however it.was just so nice to buy from woot with out that little extra $Just something to think about

I have one important question:
Typically when you’re cooking meat, especially something like a thick steak, the meat continues cooking even once it has been removed from the grill.
Does the temperature probe compensate for this? Or is it mainly trial and error?
