Is there a pair you’re particularly interested in? They appear to be US sizes, though.

Can you confirm they are US size and not UK size? I’d had to order the wrong size because I assume it’s US.

Hey all! It appears that this footwear is in UK sizes. Here’s the conversion chart. TL;DR a 6 UK is a 7 US. The wording in the sale has also been updated to reflect UK sizing.
If you’ve already ordered, based on the assumption that the sizing was US sizing, CS should be getting in touch with you shortly to review your options.

CS told me it’s too late to change the order and to refuse shipment. WTF Woot! Not Cool…this is your screw up and it cost me $100. Come on!

Please check for any other correspondence from Woot Member Services. They should have emailed all those affected by this issue.
If you haven’t received an email, please let us know and we’ll be glad to ping Woot Staff and let the know.
The only email from woot about this order said that it’s too late to change anything about my order.
I still have not heard from Woot CS about changing the order due to the UK/US size confusion. What’s the deal?

The order shipped and Woot provided zero support to fix the order after the US/UK size confusion that was 100% Woot’s fault by not listing the correct size up front.
I’ve read many comments about how people are unhappy with Woot customer service. Now I know why.
I can’t wait to read other peoples comments when they receive the wrong size.
You can check in with support@woot.com, but if you refuse delivery, we will refund you in full when it gets back to us. If you have any issues doing that, I am positive our CS team will be able to get you a return shipping label.
Customer support said they are “unable to accept returns on items due to sizing issues. The reason being a sizing chart is offered on the order page”. Nice way to make fun of customers, I guess.
I don’t want refund, I want shoes that are size 12 in the standard sizes of this country. This is a US site, is it not? Why should we care if they were size 93 in Afghanistan? You screw up, you pay, no?

Oh man, I’m sorry. We had incorrect sizing up on the site for a bit, I’ll poke CS and see if they can help you out.
